Returns & Refunds policy

At Niccinoo Creations, we understand that the materials you send us—clothing from a loved one, a childhood blanket, or a special uniform—are irreplaceable. Because of the deeply personal and custom nature of our work, our refund policy is as follows:

1. All sales are final

Every keepsake is handmade to order using customer-provided garments. Because these items are uniquely yours and cannot be resold, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the order has been placed and the creation process has begun.

2. The custom process

By sending your garments to Niccinoo Creations, you acknowledge that:

• Unique Variations: Handmade items will have slight variations and "character." No two keepsakes are identical.

• Garment Condition: The final look of the keepsake depends on the quality, fabric type, and wear-and-tear of the clothing you provide.

• Irreversibility: Once your clothing is cut to create the keepsake, the process cannot be reversed, and the original garment cannot be returned in its original form.

3. Cancellations

• Before Shipping Garments: If you change your mind before you have mailed your items to us, please contact us at nicci@niccinoocreations.com within 24 hours of your order for a full refund.

• After Garments Are Received: Once we receive your garments at our Grand Rapids location, we begin the preparation and cutting process. At this stage, the order is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund

4. Quality guarantee & repairs

While we do not offer refunds, we want you to love your keepsake. If there is a structural defect or an error on our part (e.g., a seam issue or a mistake in a specific instruction we agreed upon), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your keepsake.

• We will work with you to repair the item or find a solution to ensure the keepsake is a fitting tribute to your memories.

• Please note that "minor imperfections" are a standard part of the handmade process and add to the unique story of your keepsake.

5. Shipping issues

Niccinoo Creations is not responsible for items lost or damaged by the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) during transit—either when you are shipping garments to us or when we are shipping the finished keepsake to you. We strongly recommend using tracking and insurance for all shipments.
